The Roscommon branch of Network Ireland is excited to announce that the Wellness and Vitality Fair – featuring over 20 local businesses – will be held this Sunday, October 13th, 2024, from 10.30 am to 3.30 pm at the picturesque Strokestown Park House.
Building on the success of last year’s highly popular event, this year promises even more opportunities for personal growth and wellness.
Attendees can choose from 12 dynamic workshops including yoga, reiki, nutrition, mindfulness, breathwork and guided relaxation, each led by experts in their fields.
The event also features an expo of 23 female-led businesses from Co Roscommon and surrounding counties, offering a diverse range of products and services from across multiple sectors.
Presented by the Roscommon branch of Network Ireland, a leading organisation for women in enterprise, this event highlights the talents and skills of local entrepreneurs while providing a day dedicated to self-care and empowerment. The day is sponsored by PharmaNord, leading provider of nutritional supplements and Network Ireland supporter, AIB. Both will be present on the day.
