Connaughton Auctioneers are holding their first Online Auction of 2024 on Thursday, 25th of January at 3 pm where two properties are offered for sale under the hammer.
First up is a prime parcel of lands comprising Lot 1: c. 14.55 acres at Ardmullan, Kiltoom, all being of excellent quality and located in renowned farming district.
Situated just off the Kiltoom to Curraghboy road, these lands hold huge potential for building sites (having previously being granted but since expired) and hold commanding views of the surrounding countryside. Standing on the lands are a pen and crush with mains water servicing.
