At the Irish Texel Sheep Society Premier Sale in Blessington, Co. Wicklow on 15th August, Lisgobbin Wonder, a ram lamb exhibited by Sean Brennan, Lisgobbin, Roscommon was sold for 4200gns and Roscommon Watch Me, a ram lamb exhibited by Alma & Lorraine Brennan was sold for 2100gns.
Both rams were purchased by Flor Ryan & John Donoghue syndicate. Both rams were sired by Doon Hill Viking, who was Champion Male at West Region Texel Championships at Sheep 2015 in Athenry recently.
