Nice Ice Cream would like to acknowledge the support of Castlerea Enterprise Food Hub, An Chistin Food Hub, Roscommon County Council, and the Local Enterprise Office in Roscommon for their invaluable support in providing a space to turn this dream into reality.
The product is the culmination of years of passion for using natural ingredients, artisan techniques, and uncompromising quality. Founded in 2019, the brand’s journey began in Ukraine, where co-founder Alexander Kuzminova, an ice cream enthusiast, struggled to find a product that met his high standards. Together with Juliya Kuzminova, an expert in
production technology, they now bring their dream to life in Castlerea.
