Julie’s Flowers, which opened on Elphin Street in Strokestown earlier this year, is a beautiful florist’s which offers a friendly and comprehensive service.
The business, launched by Julie and Allen Dolan, provides a range of fresh flowers, floral arrangements, décor, and gifts in an attractive setting.
Julie, who operates the business on a daily basis, is a native of Kilrooskey, Co Roscommon, while her husband Allen is from Cloonslanor, Strokestown.
Speaking to the Roscommon People this week, Julie expressed the couple’s gratitude to locals for the support they have received since opening to the public in May of this year.
“We have received phenomenal support and business is going really well. We are so grateful to everyone for their kind support”.
Julie is joined by part-time staff Lorna and Emily. At Julie’s Flowers, Julie and the team can create high-quality bouquets and bespoke fresh floral arrangements to suit any occasion, whether for a special event, funeral, anniversary, etc. They also do table arrangements and corsages for events such as Debs and Graduation Balls.
Julie’s Flowers also sells a range of house plants and seasonal bedding plants – perfect for those customers with a green thumb of their own!
