Former Roscommon CBS student David Jones has been appointed Partner in the area of Corporate M&A at Matheson law firm.
David, who grew up in Roscommon town and attended UCD, advises on a broad range of corporate transactions, with particular emphasis on large private and public M&A deals and capital markets transactions. He also advises a range of clients on complex company and securities law issues.
Matheson has also appointed new partners in the areas of Corporate M&A, Employment, Technology and Innovation, Data Privacy, Tax, Commercial Real Estate and Risk Management.
